The Walking Dead - AMC. Epic, if you're okay with zombies and gore. If you're not, you're missing the best show on TV.
Game of Thrones - HBO. Brutal and beautiful, but put the kids to bed before you turn it on.
The Good Wife - CBS. Draws you in with the continuous plot turns and character development.
House of Cards - Netflix. Worth the subscription alone, if only to see Kevin Spacey play the amazing villainous role of a lifetime.
The Amazing Race - CBS. Best reality show of them all, someday you might see us on it.
Modern Family - ABC. Chuck was late to the game on this, but it is witty, fun, and unreal yet all-too-real at times.
Silicon Valley - HBO. If you're a tech nerd and live near the valley, you owe it to yourself to watch this delightfully hilarious send-up of a tech start-up.
